Meet Wanjira

I am passionately committed to helping women enjoy a healthy menopause transition through sustainable nutritional plans, and muscle and joint protective movement and exercise. My training begun as a massage therapist and strength and conditioning coach over 23 years ago and more recently I became a Pelvic Floor Health Coach and Peri/Post Menopause health coach. I am also trained as a Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist (focusing on mobility) and Movement educator.  

I am dedicated to helping women reclaim their best physical, mental and emotional selves and enjoy good, functional health for life. I have combined all my training in movement/strength/yoga with my Women’s health coach training and peri and post menopause training to offer services that keep women 45 years and over strong, fit, and injury-free as they journey through all stages of their lives.
